The Problem

SIMPLENIGHT needed a means to communicate to Travelport’s agents that there was a new marketplace available for them to use.

The first step was to raise awareness of the launch of this new platform. Next, SIMPLENIGHT needed to educate these travel agents on what this new marketplace is and provide an incentive for them to download and use it.

The solution was to send an email marketing campaign to the Travelport agents introducing the platform and highlighting the advantages of this new marketplace. Leading with a CTA highlighting incentives for the agents to read further, the email then encourage them to learn more about SIMPLENIGHT and to install the product. 

Once the travel agents clicked on the email, it brought them to a responsive landing page, which further elaborated on the information in the email and provided links to download the platform.

The landing page leads with a CTA highlighting the percent commission the agents could earn since user research had indicated that was a key incentive to them. For those eager to get started, immediately below are buttons to download the version of the software for the platform they use. 

The next section provides more information on how to download and use the product. After clicking on the tab of the platform they use, an informational video and links to a cheat sheet, user guide, and FAQs provide the users all they need to get started.  

For those who want to learn more before downloading, the last section elaborates more on what the SIMPLENIGHT marketplace is and the extensive diverse inventory it has to offer.
